This site will also highlight the networked applications and tools that will help to bridge digital divides, while providing opportunities for improved quality of life and livelihoods in this state, and this nation.

The networking of our local-global communities will require new technical, economic and ecological understandings, as well as new approaches to public-private partnerships development, if its intents are to be realized.
