1st-Mile Institute is established to creatively address local-global "Grand Challenges" in and through the arts, sciences and our networked communications society from its home in north-central New Mexico.
The 1st-Mile Institute web site has moved to its new URL: www.1st-mile.org
Please log in there.
1st-Mile Institute, active since being established in 2006, has been reorganized in 2013 as a fiscally sponsored program of the New Mexico Community Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization.
1st-Mile Institute now stewards two primary programs:
New Mexico "Broadband for All" (NM-BBFA)
Scientists/Artists Research Collaborations (SARC)
If you are interested in New Mexico broadband related issues, you may want to consider subscribing to the 1st-Mile-NM email list (see link in the navigation sidebar).
